How much will delivery of my product cost?
Delivery to anywhere in the UK is FREE on ALL PRODUCTS! Orders to anywhere else in the world may incur additional shipping costs. E-Mail

based in your own country.
Do you ship products worldwide?
Yes we ship all products worldwide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
This varies depending on the product. Most products will be shipped to you within 7 working days after we have received payment and artwork has been
approved. You can find out an estimated delivery time on each items product page. Some products can be made using our Express Service which means
you will receive your merchandise sooner.
What delivery service do you use? Is delivery insured?
Delivery differs for each product. Items are sent via Courier, Airmail or Royal Mail Standard/Recorded delivery. Some items have to be signed for so you should ensure
someone is able to sign for them. If you are unable to sign your product will be returned to the local depot where you are required to collect them. If it is left there for more
than a specific time period (usually 7 days) the products will be returned to us. If this happens you will be liable for the return shipping costs. Ensure you let us know if you
are going on holiday etc. the time your product is due to ship and we can hold it back for you until you can sign for it. Generally our deliveries are not insured. You can insure
your order if you wish at the additional cost. Ask us and we'll quote you how much it will cost.
I've ordered multiple products. Are all my products sent at once?
Usually we send products out as they are finished so you may receive them at different times. This means you will receive your products sooner and can
sell them faster.
